Reynolds ATR vs ATR X

There seem to be different models of this wheel beyond just the 650/700 size difference. I am even seeing a Black Inc. version that is several hundred $ more. Anyone familiar with the differences?

Reynolds does 3 tiers of wheels with improving hubs (sometimes rims) on each.
It goes (using ATR as an example):

ATR: Nice carbon rim, decent spokes, decent OEM Hub

ATR X: Nice carbon rim, better spokes, better Reynolds hub

ATR Black label: Nice carbon rim, best spokes, industry9 Hub
