2019 Monument & Grand Tour Pick 'em

Edit: New Rules. In light of the comments that we simply don't yet know who will be racing what races, and the chances for injuries to change things, picks for a race have to simply be in before the start of the race.

Also, I'm expanding picks to include the grand tours. And you can still pick 1 WorldTour event as a wildcard. The pick for that has to be in, obviously, before that race starts.

I will be keeping track of the picks on this spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing

Pick the winner for each of the monuments, can only use a rider once. If your guy wins you get 5 points, if he finishes second, you get 3 points, and finally 1 point for third.

Winner will get something cool, courtesy of me. Picks have to be in before the start of the WorldTour season, which starts January 15th in Australia.

Monuments
Milano - Sanremo:
Ronde van Vlaanderen:
Paris - Roubaix
Liege - Bastogne - Liege:
Il Lombardia:

Grand Tours
Giro
Tour
Vuelta

Bonus: Pick another WorldTour race, and pick the winner. You'll get the same points as stated above.

I got the clues of who will win right off the bat, the names are hidden in the titles.

1. Alyssa Milano
2. Ronde Barber
3. Paris Hilton
4.Janet Leigh
5. Vince Lombardi

They're all sure winners except for maybe number 5. That one's a long shot.

I don't like not having Kwiato as one of my picks, but I don't know his schedule...

You don't have to lock your picks down until just before Milano-Sanremo. Though if your bonus pick is TDU, yes, please finalize that pick before the race starts.

Tempted to go Rusty Woods for Flèche Wallonne but common sense prevails.

Dumoulin for Giro d'Italia

bump to remind people of the new rules.

With the twins, I am a bit busy. So if I have not updated the spreadsheet a few days after a race, or seem to have not recorded your picks in the spreadsheet, PLEASE PM me.

Remember. You can only use a pick once.

Yes, see above. Pick for Milano sanremo has to be in before the start of the race, ronde picks in before ronde starts, etc. Just get the pick in before the start of that given race.
