Question for Parlee Connoisseur

Looking at a bike on local FB Market, title says it's a Z1 but after my research I found it is not. Look like a Z4 for my untrained eye. The rear hanger was the clue.

Now this changes what I would be willing to pay if it fits.
Built with Chorus 11 which is a plus and some HED older deep wheels, not bad.

He's asking $1400, what could be a good price for this?
Caveat, I don't need another road bike it just caught my eye.

Hello. That isn’t a Z1. It is most likely a Z3. Z1 has individual seat stays. Z3 has wishbone, lugs and sloping top tube.

I should have read your post more closely. The Z2/Z3 has one piece drop outs and hangers. That is a Z4. Also the ends of the Z2/3 have a carbon wrap were the drop out plugs into the tube.

I'd say with 99.45% accuracy that's a Z4. And that's a wonderful frame.

Yup - Z4. I loved mine and although I replaced it with a Z0, the ride isn't much different. I fit 25mm on 2nd gen Enve's in the back.

1400 for a complete bike is a good price. Frame and fork, $1200.
