Baum Ristretto

After 5 years of dreaming I have ordered my dream bike. A Baum Ristretto, mechanical group, rim brakes. This will be my first steel bike in a long time, very excited! My original plan was for a Ti frame but in the end I really wanted steel.....
You don't see many Baum's on here, its a good thing I like being a "bit different"... :-)

No, the color will be Chrome Orange with Duck Egg Blue highlights. I really love the Chrome Orange, in the sun it is just awesome.

I am also going to have some nice shiny bits in polished silver from Chris King across the bike (head set, BB, and hubs).

This is a good example of the paint I will have except the teal will be replaced with duck egg blue.

What’s the expected lead time for your frame?

Gorgeous. I've always loved Baum's. Can't wait to see this one as the drawing looks proper. Waiting is the hardest part.

Love BAUM'S! I always admired him for still using a 1-1/8" HT. Seems to be a better balanced look.

Never seen a Baum in the flesh, but they’re no doubt staggeringly beautiful. I commend you for buying your dream bike. My dream bike dreams died when I bought a house this year
