Good for you. However, research shows that loosing more than 1~2 pounds a week is generally not sustainable weight loss. Thanks for the tips. I try to go under my maintenance calories but not by too much. I find that the rationale behind intermittent fasting makes sense from the perspective of lowering insulin level, thus promote fat burning process... well that is in theory
