Casual WTB: Older 60cm -ish lugged steel road frameset

Looking around for a lugged (or maybe tigged) steel frame/fork, or maybe just frame, for a budget road build. 60-61 ST, 56-58 TT, max of 72.5 STA. Something forgiving and reasonably comfortable for moderate cruising -- centuries and charity rides, when those sorts of things return. Older, newer, mass-market, boutique -- curious what's out there. Budget is flexible, but emphasis is on budget. If older, would be nice to have it already spaced for 130 rear hub. Would also be nice if it fit 28s with fenders, but I wouldn't say this is at the top of the list. Ponder, advise.

I've got a vintage Trek that's 60x58. Lugged Reynolds 531 (and all 531, including stays and fork blades). Certainly not an Eisentraut or a Bruce Gordon, but a fine example of an American-made production frame.

Repainted all-black. 126mm rear spacing, but it's not too hard to squeeze 130 axles into it. Fits 28's, maybe 30's, but not in conjunction with fenders at the same time (unless you're talking about race blades or the like; not full/uninterrupted fenders).

$175 plus shipping. Comes with bottom bracket and headset, but you should plan on overhauling both. I have everything needed to build it up either vintage (Suntour Cyclone), 9-speed shimano, or 11-speed shimano; as much or as little as you like.
