WTB Higher End Vintage MTB Parts

So I picked up the below and haven’t started tearing it down yet. I’m looking to outfit it with some boutique type vintage MTB parts from the 80’s and 90’s. Looking for a project to get my mind off the crazy times, especially here in the Twin Cities right now.

Thinking along the lines of Cook, Grafton, Kooka, Paul, etc. Basically anything that was quirky add ons. Trying to keep most components black with a touch of red here and there.

Also looking for a black Turbo or Regal saddle. Doesn’t need to be in perfect shape but not looking for something that’s thrashed.

Let me know what you’re holding.

Cool - that was my first good bike - many fond memories! This one looks my size. It reminds me of how tall MTBs looked back in the day!

Tioga Revolver triple crank in very good condition. Rings and spider excellent, arms show signs of use. You’ll be the only one sporting these! More rare than Cook or Bullseye. No BB, however, which might be a deal breaker.

Cool B-stone! Here's some rad vintage no-logo salsa qr's in black and some black/red Moab s2 pedals. i also have a Cook bros stem (NOT cheap) and a Ringle 1st gen stem (also not cheap, but not as expensive). Plenty of drivetrain stuff too, especially if you want to go XC pro and then i have NOS shifters, brakes, levers, etc.

Wasn’t aware of these. Is the BB design proprietary?

How about a 140mm Softride quill stem? It's yellow.

Sweet bike. 1989 MB-1 was my first MTB!

Heck, an early Bridgestone is pretty much as good as you can get it to perform when in stock configuration. Are yoiu sure you want to spend $$ and effort for marginal or no performance improvement?
