? Will DA-9200 Crankset used with DA9100 Drivetrain work?

I know that DA9100 Chainrings are not compatible with DA9200 Crankarms but will DA9200 Crankset/rings work with DA9100 Drivetrain/Chain? Any of you beautiful maniacs knows? Thanks in advance.

OK, gonna say it...shimano, once again, makes something not compatible w/i their own component line and 'some' just shrug and say, 'oh well'...

But, if ____________did that, the outrage!!..

OK, I'll be quiet, didn't sleep well last night...sorry...

Though in this (one) example, Shimano's new stuff is backwards compatible with the old stuff...
