Someone want to try it and report back?

"A special concoction prepared for me by my mechanic made up of 50g of sugar, juice of 3-4 pressed lemons, 5 espressos and water to fill up the rest of the bidon. It made my mouth dry up but in the finale of the race it made the difference."

Wouldn't work for me. I tried a double espresso shot while out on a ride once, and it sent me straight to the nearest toilet for a complete colon purge. I'd hate to think what five espressos might doo.
