Being unusually proportioned is one the most common reasons for a custom bike. Here the top tube length is greater than would be expected for the seat tube length, and it still needs a long stem to achieve the right fit! Polished stainless steel head lugs and fork crown.

parts of this (frame and forks) are superb - the overall result though

what sort of dimensions does the rider have?

Of course to each his own. That's part of the fun of building custom bikes.

Not surprisingly, the rider is quite long in the arms and torso and proportionally less long in the legs.
