Cal Poly, SLO, CA have always had this for their ME students. The kids get to design and build their own HPV's since way back in the 80's when I was in school. We Arch majors in the building next door used to watch them play with torches and power tools with envy. The bikes they came up with were interesting but nothing compared to those kool Italian racing bikes we all lusted after in those days...
