cool graham obree video, testing his positions in the windtunnel

This video is great, Graham is a truly heroic figure. Awesome to see his old washing machine bike in a modern windtunnel.

Thanks for sharing this! It's always been interesting to speculate about the extent to which these positions helped him, and now we know. It's also great to see him looking well and so fit. He has often come off as a troubled soul and it's wonderful that he seems to be in a good place.

yeah, that seems almost too good to be true... so I'm not sure I believe it 100%.

Also, wonder if there is a corresponding decrease in power output in that position.

based on obree's comments and the fact your rib-cage cant open up fully, i'd say one's ability to generate power is definitely compromised. but with enough commitment/training in that position, maybe the net benefit still comes out meaningfully ahead?
