(This ones’s long. I’d suggest starting in Apache Junction and riding east to EOP (end of pavement). The Usery climb is also really good)

The ride to Canyon Lake is also beautiful, I've done it dozens of times, but the pavement is scheit and there is absolutely no shoulder. Do not do it any time you might expect any traffic.
