Classy-looking ride. I really like the wheels and tires! A big improvement visually from the bike as-acquired.

That has got to be one of the best looking paint schemes I have seen on a Concours! Nicely built!

Thanks everyone. My parents actually got me the headset for my birthday. Even though I'm 32, my mom won't give up on birthdays, but I'm not complaining, lol.

Stem is a Salsa single bolt.

Almost at 400 miles on her already. Working on my third 100 mile week in a row, which i haven't had even one since RAGBRAI in July.

Selling my Concours was a dumb mistake that I regret daily.

Can't really see it in any picture I've posted, but the Serotta decals have gold pin striping around the letters as well.

I need to get some proper pics soon, or at least some close ups.

That red is really something--it must be amazing in person in the sun. It's almost like a chromovelato finish. Is it translucent?

It really shines in the sun. It's not translucent but it has quite a bit of flake in it. A lot of that chromovelato effect seems to be due to the HDR on my phone.

Such a sharp and classic paint scheme. I always thought the 3/4 paint schemes from this era in red, navy or green with the gold accents were so elegant. And the ride quality of these frames is sublime. Great job with this one.

I think the only change is the gold skewers (and the saddle bag), but here's a new picture anyway with some goats.
