Fondriest

Doing really well with the frame purge. I've sold one and bought two.

Couldn't resist this for $25. Installed bars and grips I grabbed at the last swap meet, spent a couple hours removing surface rust and been smiling since.

cgolvin might appreciate this one, a Rapha jersey designed in tribute to the 1974 Giro d' Italia. I had (mistakenly) thought it was modeled after Felice Gimondi's jersey (who would have been in the rainbow jersey for Bianchi - Campagnolo), but it turns out just to use the team's colors.

"The Phoenix" was Gimondi's nickname. Giacinto Santambrogio was both a gregario and also a lieutenant, placing second on the second stage and challenging for a solo win on stage six before being overtaken.

I'd planned on wearing it for Eroica California and still hope to if it's held later this year.

cgolvin does appreciate that one, Mark
That was one of three “trade team” jerseys that were inspired by the 74 Giro, yours indeed honors Gimondi by carrying his #11. I own the black & white one honoring Gianbattista Baronchelli, and would have worn it at last year’s Eroica had a generous Paceliner not gifted me a replica Brooklyn jersey. The third one uses Molteni colors.

Nice pickup!

Orucase Smuggler Bag

Small, waterproof handlebar bag holds a charger to keep my Garmin going on super long rides. Fits a jacket and grub, too. Mainly for my Lauf True Grit, but can use it on my road bike.

new kicks, Specialize Recon 3.0.
meatier soles, cushier tongue area and not-boring color...pretty much what I wished the Recon S-Works had been.

$25? I paid $700 for one of those back in 1988. That was the high end of an entry level mtb. At the time it was a huge pile of cash. Had a lot of fun with it.

Renting this tool from BB infinite to remove a bottom bracket

Pretty cool they only charge $15 + shipping compared to making you buy the $100 tool.

Can't wait to give this thing a whack

Couldn't fashion anything together with the BB press stuff I had at home so am going with the official option for removal.
