RFI: what is this tool?
I saw mention of this tool a while back. But I forgot what its purpose is. What is it for?

It was used to stretch out the brake lever clamp for the bar. They would ovalize a bit after they were tightened. This made them more round again. Oddly the jaws weren't round.

But that's what it's for. And they don't make that tool anymore and haven't for 20? years.

sales guy nailed it, I have one even older than the pic, mine's red and it says Schwinn on it, otherwise, same tool.
