Garmin ? - Convert FIT to CSV or Excel?

Hey PL, I need to do some tick-by-tick analysis of a Garmin FIT file. Is there a way to see all the data on a second by second basis? Mostly I need speed and cadence, but whatever is in there would be great.

I was able to upload the data to RideWithGPS and can see my whole route, but I want a short section extracted...

Thanks!

read somewhere...

upload the .fit ride to Garmin Connect and then re-export as a GPX file. Excel should be able to read this in and do an XML to Table conversion for you.

Golden Cheetah has a tab where you can view the data nicely in a chart...

Or you can convert to a CSV here- http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl/

Thanks for the Golden Cheetah suggestion, emailed a buddy and he ran it through GC and sent back the CSV file. Easy peasy!
