I've seen your list...is that C60 special edition built yet?

How do you folks with N>10 keep the rubber inflated or sealant fresh?

The one that says, "Hey big boy"... Yes, it is complicated. Honestly, sometimes you get into a groove with one bike and all your others don't get ridden. Then, you take another one out and tell yourself I need to ride this more... All of my bikes are different enough that I can pick based on the riding I am doing.

Most of the bikes get ridden based on weather, distance, terrain, and/or hills (gearing) considerations, but sometimes it's a matter of riding the bike with the softest tires just to justify keeping it.

My thoughts exactly. Almost said that in my earlier post.

The bike needs to match the kit, or the other way around.

Mountain bikes (Ventana El Rey and Kona Raijin) for rides in the woods.

Ahearne - cold weather, wet, sloppy roads, perfect for winter.

Waterford - Spring, Summer, Fall ... dirt and paved road riding.

Parlee - warm days when I want to go fast(er).

Some of this I am just realizing. Perfect example is the Ahearne. That bike sat most of the summer, unridden, until the weather started to turn. Suddenly, going "fast" becomes less important (hey, it's COLD out!). Fenders and 45mm tires are awesome. Dynamo light front and rear. Now it's my go to bike while the others hibernate.

Like others, it really depends on conditions and season for me.

No22 Reactor - Fast rides, long rides, and nice weather

Emonda ALR - Racing, fast rides with bad weather (soon to be replaced)

Boone - Winter, bad weather, dirt/mixed rides, Slower rides due to geearing/comfort

Since I've had all 3 built, I've put the most miles on the No22 followed by the Boone, which I find myself grabbing more than you'd think. With 30mm Challenge Strada Biancas, you don't give up much on road and it is just SO COMFORTABLE over any surface that you can ride it all day. Most of this is probably since I've done almost all of my morning rides this year so that I can hit a quick 1 mi dirt section and avoid cars both going out and coming back home. If the weather is even iffy with rain, it's probably what you'll find me on as I hate getting caught in the rain on the 22 with carbon rims

So I am not the only one with dilemma, or trilemma in my case, as I'm down to three in regular rotation, not counting tandems and winter commuter. They are all quite different- 650B low trail, dyno-ed, fendered rando, 650b disc gravel, 700c skinny tire club racer-type bike. Still is sometimes difficult. Is pretty much academic now since I am down to the studded tire-d winter commuter until further notice.

Ciocc was my first 'real' bike so I have rode it quite a lot. The other 2...maybe a spin around the block is all.

Two of my bikes are currently broken (cracked steerer tube, cracked headtube lug). That makes the decision easier.
