Why would they focus on the team that has defined the NFL for a generation with arguably the most successful coach and quarterback ever? Because you cover the teams that shape the league. And the Pats do, for good or ill.

I periodically sort by rank of views and replies because I just can't believe the staying power of the pats on a bike forum. It's in 3D place (after gravel bikes and VWs for replies, but only 7th for views...

I'm going to root for the gravel bikes!

I saw a nice looking VW Euro Van today, pretty green. Mods can move this if they want to keep the count accurate. Just to make things confusing, I'll add that I'm an anybody but the Pats person. I'm happy to root for the better looking uniform if necessary.

Now that I think about it a little more, my one son mentioned later that he heard Harrison ask an Apple Genius whether Belichick had tossed a MS Surface or an iPad during a game a few years back...

All things come back to the Pats - remember the tuck rule - now Gruden returns to get 100 million for 10 years - just crazy - his record is 95-81 (.540).

Bill's record - 226-80 (5 Super Bowl championships, 7 conference titles).

I think it's pretty funny that they are pretending the AFC championship will be a game. Okay, ready to be surprised, maybe they will realize the only way to beat the pats is to keep Brady on his back. Except they didn't exactly handle Rothlisburger.

I really hope the Super Bowl is a good game. But I think Belechick will have an easy time with either the Vikes or the Eagles. Which is no fun, because I like both teams a lot more than the Pats.

Folks around here are pretty nervous now that Tom has 4 stitches in the thumb of his throwing hand from an encounter with a helmet on Tuesday (Wednesday?) during practice.

I love all the folks saying that it is just Bill & Tom messing with:

a. The press
b. The Jaguars
c. Las Vegas
d. The world

Really?...because I watch the news and I talked to people about the Pats albeit briefly and this is the first I heard to four stitches. Everyone seemed to agree that it's fake news.
