Aussie built steel here!

Baum Ristretto 16.5 steel, i love it!

I have ti and other plastic crap on the rest of my bikes, but only ever ride the steel one!

Cheers,

Scottie.

Here's mine

My 2008 Specialized Tarmac Elite as I rode it this morning other than I have changed the carbon fiber seatpost to a Thomson Elite; took off the firm and very lightly padded Specialized Toupe saddle before using it and am using a slightly more padded Specialized BG saddle; and the shop upgraded the wheels at no cost to a Mavic Aksium wheelset instead of the Mavic CXP22 wheelset that came standard.

Oops, sorry, was so used to replying to the steel bike ownership thread for so many years that I did so this time out of habit

I have a 30th anniversary Serotta frame. I believe they produced 15 of them. It is all Campy Record with Zipp bars and a new set of Zipp 202's. I just got a Orbea 09 Orca which is also very nice, but the Serotta seems to be the quicker machine----------

Steel

Pegoretti Marcelo-the nicest riding bike I have ever been on. It excels at everything.

Waterford 'cross- Reynolds 531 goodness; its my fixed gear commuter. With 32mm Paselas the ride is dreamy.

Santana Noventa- Niobium steel, comfy, but maybe not as stiff as one might prefer.

Waterford 1150-just a frame and fork now, would somebody buy this frame?
Its too nice to just hang in my storage shed.
