SF Bay Area folks, do you know of this guy?

sfbikemarket(on Instagram), Kirill Kalinin. He is on Treasure Island, and he lists his bikes for sale on Craigslist and Instagram.

He has tons of listings and his prices are just a little on the high end, but it appears that he does a nice job of making the bikes presentable and rideable. I usually scroll over them, but once in a while, a nice one catches my eye.

My problem is that he does not reply to inquiries. I was very interested in a bike that was listed on Craigslist, but after the 3rd try at emailing him with no reply, my interest cooled off. Then I thought I'd try sending him a DM on Instagram and again, no reply. Meanwhile, he continues to post new listings.

So I'm just curious and puzzled as to what's going on with this guy. Maybe he only responds to "I'll take it" messages?

His prices always put me off so I've never tried to contact him. Guess that I might not have missed much.
FWIW I've had sellers take days to answer. Reallly frustrating.
