my pal just went to work for them in germany. haven't bought but I assume theyre legit as they just hired him over from the US. He previously worked for zwift.

I bought a a Factor 02 from them and I really like it! It took some time to be delivered, but I guess that is to be expected if the bike comes from a private seller at not Amazon Currently trying to sell one as well. Let's see how that goes, but so far I really like em

I have not purchased from them but have spent plenty of time browsing. I have seen a few instances of sellers (shops) representing bikes as 2023 models that were most definitely 2022 models. So, as always, do your homework. Most of their sellers are in Europe.
