Yep. There's a secret screw on Record/SR 12 brakes that alters the brake geometry to accommodate wider tires.

I am running 28mm tires on WTO 45 wheels with record brakes on a Marcelo, no problem.

This bike really looks good as is. No way I'd upset this by changing out the perfect Campagnolo crankset for a Rotor. And there's probably one of those rules somewhere that says you can't put a power meter on a Pegoretti anyway. You Pegorettians need to post a video of you guys riding them together.

Yeah… It’s tragically secret. I’m running 30c Pirellis in some Record brakes, with clearance for hangers-on.

And where is this secret screw? Or does it have to be kept......secret?

Looks like I've found a more appropriate Campy SRM option.. crisis averted. It's only money, right?

Rules are there to be broken anyway...enjoy, it's a lovely build.

Garmin power pedals + SR, done. It's much easier for us bike hoes to get out the pedal wrench and remove the pedals rather than changing out cranksets before we sell. I bought two set of dual sided refurb from BTD a few years ago. I have a Red AXS PM on my numero uno bike (keeper, ahem, for now) and use the Garmins on other bikes.

And.....can we save a bunch of time and just skip to the part where you tire of this insanely gorgeous machine and sell it to me?

I've still never tried PM pedals.. I suppose that would be a decent solution and I've thought about picking up Assiomas multiple times. It's not like I really need a PM - but I do like the quantification and tracking of relative effort.. it sometimes helps me put a governor on my Ricky Bobby proclivities too, which isn't a bad thing.
