Re the Pirellis - they're 30s and going from recollection they've spread out to between 31-33 (just don't recall, on those Hed rims). I don't love the Pirellis but they're essentially new so I'll use then for awhile but eventually these will get changed to a lighter more subtle tire like Veloflex.

I've got a glossy with black decals WR Compositi on backorder - not sure what the hold up is as it's been longer than normal for them.

Pedals - Simano of some flavor and probably depending on where I'm going - just need to pick up another pair of ultegra or dura ace road pedals

Ok some disclaimers - this was my first ride, period, since November and recovery from hernia surgery has kept me off the bike for the past 5 weeks. But today I needed to get out and managed an easy hour out. So ...

It planes, it's real, yeah all the platitudes.

More seriously, initial impressions without any hard riding yet: It rides "light" but its not a particularly light bike. Get out of the saddle and it just feels nimble - it is hard to describe - 'light on its feet' so to speak. If you've felt it you know what I mean. It tracks precisely as you work expect. Rolling downhill no hands is drama free. It responds to body language easily and predictably, a little movement to countersteer and it falls into its arc around curves. And maybe it's the HED wheels helping out but it was very easy to hold mph in the high 20s (at least until I got winded, oye couple months off hurt).

In short it's what you would hope for and expect when buying a made to measure machine from a highly skilled craftsmen/artisan at the top of their game.

I can't think of a more perfect name for these frames than Onesto -"honest in Italian" - that's exactly what it is, in all respects.
