Mosaic GT-1 650b Allroad

Figured I'd post a teaser with this one getting built up for the weekend... I'm excited to get this out on the road
Worked with Justin at Black Oak Velo to get this built up for our dirt road riding up here in Connecticut, and it was a fantastic experience.

Build is:
GT-1 Allroad built for 650b wheels
Red AXS Group - 46/33 rings, 10-33 cassette
Titanium Mosaic post and stem with Deda Superleggera RS bars
industry 9 Ultralite 250 wheels

So after a 65mile ride, and a few miles on some dirt roads near me... WOW.
This thing is spot on for what I was looking for: an all-day, all-road bike that was racy enough without going all out stiff. Just so much fun to ride and the superlight 650b wheels + Rene Herse tires make it feel like a road bike. You really don't notice that you're on 42mm of rubber until your club-mate on his Pinarello with Lightweights jumps hard on a roller at 25mph and it just takes too many watts to make these go faster -- Up to 22mpg or so it feels just like a road bike which is crazy.

Love the purple.

How big of a tire can it take?

Lower bearing? It's a CeramicSpeed headset, just black lower. Black Oak Velo builds with them for GT1s

Thanks for all the love everyone, I added a ride report above. It's a really fun bike

How was the crankset fit on that frame? Did you have to do anything or it just fit without needing a "wide" chainline crankset. Gorgeous build. I have the same bike but in Prismatica.

Got a quick one in this morning on damp roads, and it was absolutely wonderful just SO MUCH GRIP on the 650bs

Crankset was no problem, this is based on a GT-1 "AllRoad" model, so it's a standard road BSA bb not the wider gravel spacing. The design is really an all day, any road bike on 650bs rather than the newer MTB influenced huge tire "gravel bikes" so it has a road drivetrain and handles like a road bike.

Here's one from this morning, the color really has depth and shows differently depending on lighting

I saw this one getting built up in Justin's window the other day and probably left a few marks on the glass from gawking at it

But for real it's such a perfect build. Congrats!
