Great combo. If the terrain turns a bit rougher and you find yourself needing a bit more traction, try gravel king SK. It will produce the same result.

Thanks! The fenders are Berthoud 26" 60mm fenders that have been ever so slightly massaged/reradiused for 650b use.

No idea, tbh. I asked Paul to make it look like a Unicorn took a dump, and he came back with "Maybe something like a rainbow trout," which I think pretty apt.

Thanks! They’re 2.0s, so not ultra wide. We’re planning a largely dirt route, and I’ve heard rumor of goatheqds, so I wanted something a little burlier and tubeless than the Compass I usually run.

Really looking forward to some time in short sleeves in the sun. I’ve been back and forth between TN and NYC a lot this fall and it’s cold and wet everywhere.

Those front bags are nice. How are they exactly carried on the fork legs... something similar to a Salsa Anything Cage?
