In all likelihood, a rando bag + bikepacking bags is all I'll really need. As is, I could run a lowrider rack and panniers, plus a front roll if I really needed to carry that much stuff.

So fly, so fresh. I saw pics of the fork/rack/bag on Ruthworks IG, do you have that stuff in hand yet? Can't wait to see it with the front bag. Got a rough geometry? How much traiiillllll man?

Thanks guys! Rode it yesterday and had a blast of a shakedown ride on some Western CT gravel and dirt roads.

Geo is pictured below, trail is 51 by my calculation. I wasn't really looking for low-trail, as most of my riding is without a front load, but I wanted a bike that would handle a front bag without major issues.
