Maybe by Late January I'll have My HAAS toolroom mill and toolroom lathe installed😀

That structure looks pretty tidy. Kinda small for any bike making needing CNC equipment, is that the goal? Or are you rather making tools in that toolroom?

Santa is pleased with the boy this year...

Bought used. Not exactly "built", but stripped all the cool stuff from the 20" and raided dad's parts bin too. 21lbs.

It is a bit smaller than I really wanted but there’s enough room to get the machines in there and have enough room to work. The goal really isn’t to make a bunch of frames.....just feed the need to make things in general when I retire.

Thinking about 650b on a beat up Colnago Mexico as a weird rat rod that will surely piss some folks off. It's a unique situation though, and I would never do it to a mint one. The frame is like a size and a half too large, so I'm dragging my feet on putting $500 into it. Could be weird though! Oh, and it's SL MS with chrome lugs.

Gotcha, I can relate to that. It's fun to tinker when you don't actually need to get something done other than tinkering. Let me know if I can be of assistance, after the rigging and electrical is done.

I took the Bohemian framebuilding course two years ago. This is my fourth frame (1 in the class, 3 in my garage). I still need to bag and bake it, but so far it's looking pretty good.
