Bought a Superflash turbo and the bracket nut wasn't grabbing the screw easily. One email, and a new bracket just arrived. No muss no fuss, just a request. Thumbs up.

Similar experience for me. Bought some Cascadia fenders that were missing a piece of installation hardware. E-mailed them and had the part in the mail in a few days. Definitely a company that I look to when needing accessories.
