happens all the time with UPS, they have a deal with the USPS to deliver packages. Although, it usually says where it was delivered. "loading dock" means it went to the post office. I have never had problems with USPS that I didn't blame on the sender.

UPS has GPS info. It is really hard to misdeliver a package with UPS these days. If your porch is in plain view and the driver marked 'left on porch', he's in trouble and you are in for hours of run around. They should pay up, eventually. You may go on 'signature required' after it's settled.

I feel your pain.

Check the documentation to see WHERE it was delivered. A couple weeks ago I got a package marked "delivered"......to the wrong address.

Been there done that. I talked to my ups guy at work and he went straight to "it may be lost or may be delivered today".

CC called and offered to overnight a replacement set with a signature confirmation at no charge. I am holding off on that option until I see what happens with the neighbors today.

Nice to see CC stepping up and taking care of this.
