Steel is real sort of
If you look at a lot of what appears to be great steel frames bicycles, items like poor paint, poor lug work, semi mass production are apparent. Lots of flash but not great in execution. Many frame builders do build a great frame. But colnago was fading starting in early 80's. So just like what you see but carefull on the praise untill a closer look lets you know the real truth.
