Yeah, but the latte can't be used as emergency brake fluid or tire sealant.

It’s smoother feeling in the rough stuff than my previous steel bike with similar setup. |

Good bike. Underrated. (Almost) infinitely adjustable on the stack....which should let you size down.

"stiff" is a feeling. some people feel a bike is "stiff". others do not.
for me, when i say "stiff", the ride of the Stig was JARRING. bone rattling jarring. even at 30 psi for 40 mm tires. on the same trails, with the same tires/wheels, at the same psi my Ti gravel bike is so much compliant. |

That looks like a deal compared to some of the other offerings. $3,300 with Force 1, complete.

Get the Stigmata if you are looking for a snappy performance focused bike. Get the Warbird if you are looking for a smooth efficient all day bike.
I think the Warbird is one of the most stable comfortable gravel bikes I have thrown a leg over, but I loved my second gen Stigmata as well. The newest version is supposed to be a bit smoother ride than the Generation I had, but Santa Cruz makes a great bike. Sent from my SM-S127DL using Tapatalk |

Never heard of Wilde, but I like this: “We use full round cable guides on the stays as we find plastic zip ties on high-end bikes to be an inelegant compromise.”
