It does make you wonder what the unrelated warrant was about.
It says it was a Class B warrant, so stuff that's serious but not a felony:

Read the affidavit again - they already had the surveillance footage, the Strickland interview, and knew she had a gun. They questioned her about the evidence they'd gathered and observed her reaction to the evidence and the death. They had plenty of reason to detain her yet didn't - whether this was by choice or by law because they originally detained her under the class B warrant which was discovered to be invalid we don't know. But at face value seems like a screw up.

Since we're down to speculation and guesswork at this point, let's shut this one down and we can re-open or start a new thread when new information comes to light. I'm sure there will be further details to come.

Oh - and I deleted the vulgar posts, no need to go there.
