What a great ride. Also, great write up of an epic ride without being epically pretentious in tone, rather just two guys doing a hard thing which made it an enjoyable read.

I saved the whole photo album to my deck-top and drug some of the ones I like into my photos. BTW I am on a MBP.

Amazing. Great stuff.

I sort of traced this route years ago. But in a car with bike riding along the way (stayed in Cannes).

I have enough trouble climbing on a regular road bike... nevermind a bike loaded for touring. If I were in better shape and had the time, looks like the ride of a life time.
