Titanium framebuilder in NYC

I'm looking for a framebuilder in NYC who can work with titanium to modify a frameset I've got.
From my research, all I've found is Rosko but it's unclear whether he's still working. I'd rather avoid the trip upstate to the builders there.
Thanks in advance.

Could any frame builder afford NYC rents?

I dont know if you consider New Paltz "upstate", but perhaps call Vicious?

Here is our list of custom builders by state. I know Rosco is OUT.

otherwise, my instinct tells me your most reliable best bet is going to be Bilinkey in philadelphia.

In NYC I know of a few steel builders but none do TI afaik.

Vicious is a good call and new paltz is only a bout 1 and half from the city.

Not terribly far away is Niall Gengler of Pioneer Valley Frameworks in Easthampton MA. He did a great job of adding a disc brake tab and brace to my Litespeed some years back.

I have a frame and fork from Niall (plus a fork for another bike) and can’t say enough good things about him. However, while he can work with Ti, he normally sticks with steel.

Looks like Vicious is the closest option, Bilenky ain't bad either.
Just gotta get my hands on a car for that I guess.

For Vicious and New Paltz, you can take the train from Grand Central up to Poughkeepsie. Then it's only another ~20 minutes across the river to New Paltz.

You can also take the train to PA, Bilinky is just a few minutes from the Olney station.

Trailways Bus goes from Port Authority to New Paltz. So if you can't ride from Poughkeepsie M-N to New Paltz, that's an easier option.
