Bike commuters / office drones - do you use no-rinse wipes when you get to work?

do you guys not have soap and water at your places of employment? what exactly are the intended purpose of these? just to clean your hands? i guess im naive, ive never bought a chemicaly wipe type product, just assuming towels and water and soap get me plenty clean. is this a germaphobe thing?
