I also switched from Kryponite NY Mini (4.55 lb) to an Abus Granit 640 mini (1.73 lb). I also use Hexlox in my hex bolts to secure my seat, seatpost, stem, wheel.
The Abus is expensive but you get 50% off at Urbane with Biko points.
There is a lot of theft downtown by a few known thieves using angle grinders. They don't care if you take their photo. They are in and out in 1 min or 2. No lock is safe from an angle grinder.
