yup, that's a Ritchey. probably a Road Logic.

Marin Bikes used them at one point. So did Dahon. A lot of people have used Ritchey dropouts.

Any other identifying marks? Under the BB shell?

Color kinda has me thinking Cervelo, but could be most anything.

Cervelo is another one who used them. To the OP, they were a pretty popular dropout for awhile.
