Central Vermont Cycling Tour 6/28/20

https://crossvermont.org/events/cvct/about.php

Has anyone done this ride before? Looks similar to D2R2, gravel roads not single track, a ride not a race.

Looks awesome.

I wonder if you can ride this route any day of the year or only on June 28 at the official sanctioned event?

I am planning a September ride with an old riding buddy and this would be amazing.

I have not but would love to do it. I've ridden a bit in Vermont and loved it. Sadly this year will not be the year.

Vermont plus cycling = a little slice of paradise. I love that state.

I'm sure you can ride this anytime. The long route is just town roads, from what I'm seeing. The Cross VT Trail has sections that are RR right of way, with fine gravel laid down - but not seeing this on the longer route. Thought I saw it mentioned somewhere in the link, though.

I am mainly interested if it is a well organized event. It looks low key with hundreds, not thousands of participants. We will be vacationing at the end of June in the general area and thought if it is a well run event we would include it in our plans.

Bumping this one up.
I have a couple of free days next week and thinking of heading out for some Vermont gravel.
Did anyone do it?
Want to?
