Handmade 62cm Davidson Impulse - Campy Record/Chorus Fully Rebuilt - $600 (South Denver)

Selling a beautiful and fully rebuilt/overhauled road bike.

The frame is a Davidson Impulse handmade by the master builders in Seattle Washington with top of the line Tange Prestige steel tubing and carved lugs. Exquisite craftsmanship and design details throughout. The paint job is top notch and overall in good condition, since it's white, it's easy to touch up as well. The top tube measures 58 cm ctc, the seat tube 62 cm ctc and 64cm ctt and the head tube is 20.5cm, so best for riders 6' or taller.

The frame has been fully detailed and rebuilt with a Campagnolo Record Titanium/Chrous 8 speed drive train. Omega dual pivot brakes, and Campagnolo Omega Strada rims laced to campy hubs. Rebuild also includes:

New Cables
New Housing
New Bar Wrap
New Tires/Tubes
All bearings repacked (headset, hubs and bottom bracket)

Asking $600 for the bike as pictured, I can also include a set of generic flat pedals if required. Please see pics for details, email or text 3o368I6743 with questions or to set up a time to take a look! Cheers!

66cm Frontiera

Never seen a ladies frame this big before.

Edit: though in looking at it again, I'm not sure that top tube is low enough to qualify as a step-through. It's not clear what the target demographic for this bike might have been.

61cm Merlin Extralight with red Chris King headset, Campy record 9 spd, red Merlin decals (I don't think I've seen that before). Has Mavic open pros, with that red goodness I would try to find some Mavic Heliums or other red rims.

Only $800. Not affiliated, if I was nearby I already would be trying to buy it.

EDIT: And he just dropped it to $600. Someone buy this before I talk this guy into shipping. I don't need to N+1 this hard.

There's far too many PSA's that give me that reaction, but I'd rather filter thru too many than not have enough and miss something.

Yeah probably nearly double what's it's really worth. Nice bike nonetheless.

Not trying to downplay any PSA's. I just think that compared to the current market the asking price is, shall we say, optimistic.

PDX 69cm vintage Sequioa

Anyone really tall and looking for a vintage American steel proto-gravel bike?

https://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/...642348874.html

ad copy:

© craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap
(google map)

condition: excellent
make / manufacturer: Specialized
model name / number: Sequoia
size / dimensions: 69cm c-c
For Sale: 69cm c-c 1983 Specialized Sequoia frameset in extremely good condition

-There are a handful of light scuffs and scratches in the clearcoat, and some tire rub on the left chain stay, but overall it's in so-good-it's-hard-to-believe condition.
-Standover height is 37 3/8" (!!!) with 700-28 tires, so be honest with yourself.
-Tire clearance is pretty big: 32's should be no problem, and I'm imagining a pretty sweet 650b-40+ gravel build with long reach brakes.
-Rear spacing is 126mm, but spread to 130 okay for the photo wheelset.

Again, wheels/tires in the photos are 28mm Panaracer Gravel Kings and are for reference only. Frameset only includes the like-new original Specialized headset with fresh grease and the color matched laprade seat post.

Frame is located in North Portland. Sorry, no shipping.

Note the last -- you'd need someone here to facilitate shipping. Or, you know, inquire in a week or three if it hasn't sold.

Wow, that thing is a monster. So cool, but too big even for me. One of the only (presumably?) non-custom frames I've ever seen that I probably couldn't stand over.
