Mint condition Rochet bike at LBS
I had to Google to find that Rochet was a French brand from 1896 to the early 60s.

Others on here may know more, but that might have been imported by Gene Portuesi’s shop given that you’re in Michigan.
The first shop I worked at (Bike Tech, East side Detroit) had a Rochet for a long time, not sure what became of that bike.
