Bigbike PSAs

So I've been thinking that us tall-people need to look out for each other in a more consolidated medium.

I'm scouring craigslist/ebay/forums daily and instead of posting a bunch of PSAs on Paceline perhaps it would be easier to post them in a dedicated thread so that everyone can benefit from our tireless searching for those ellusive lovely long-head-tubed beauties.

Let's keep the quality of the PSAs medium high (avoiding all the 66cm Univega Viva Sports out there).

Me and my prehensile tail take offense to that.

For now, I guess let's just transform this thread into a bigbike PSA. I'll change the title to reflect that and I'll start posting PSA's in here to consolidate things.

Charles outed this on BOBishBikesFS just now. Looks interesting, though I'm not in the market. How do these oversized tubing 3V frames compare to their earlier smaller diameter brethren? Where do they land on the plush scale, zero being "noodly as an old Teledyne Titan", and ten being "stiff enough to knock out a filling out when you hit a bump"?

Gonna have to go check that out - I'd pay $650 just for the Groupset..
