Source for 3.5mm 30mm ID crank spindle spacers

A very specific request for which Google has failed, so asking the good folks here.

I have an Engin Port Royal gravel crankset on my Stigmata 4 that was carried over from my Ritchey. Originally this crankset came with two alloy 3.5mm spindle spacers, one for each side, 30mm ID, 31 or 32mm OD. The spacers are part of the look of the crank, matching its finish color, and also part of its preload setup (combined with a wavy washer).

Long story short, the crank was taken out and put back by a bike shop that seems to have swapped them for some other, plastic spacers. Discovered this the other day while investigating a roached bottom bracket bearing.

Anyone know a source for spacers like this? All of the 30mm spacers I can find (eg from wheels mfg) have a much larger OD.

Emailing Engin is probably not in the cards - Drew has fallen off the radar and appears to be unresponsive.

I can make those if you can’t find them; pretty easy lathe project. May or may not be able to match the crank finish but for sure I can make functional spacers for you.
pm if I can help
