OT: not creepy at all....

Having the interior of our house painted before moving in and the painter sends me this:

Do you want us to disconnect the cameras? Mind you, this is directly above the master bed....and one in the guest room as well.





Now I have to crawl around in the attic and see what it is attached to.

Im looking at it on my phone and can't quite tell from the image quality but is there any chance it's a speaker? It sure looks like one from what I'm seeing..

If it is a camera and you weren't aware of it. That is pretty weird....

I have a light that will spot any lens no matter how small. I make sure it goes with whenever we go someplace as well as a roll of black elec tape.

My concern would be the cameras are connected to something the previous owner can access remotely, such as via smartphone.

Inspect the house carefully.

the camera is the little bitty thing right of the speaker. He has it dangling here. I remember seeing it after we closed and thought it looked suspicious and this just confirms it.
