Always return to this thread for inspiration. Never disappointed.

From this morning's jaunt up into the hills (soft rain near the top and throughout the descent--kept it nice and cool, and experienced everyone's favorite sensory phenomenon: petrichor. Beautiful morning all the way around.

Ok ok ok....I can honestly say I have been sober for more than 6 months, not a drop of lust has touched my lips...I swear! But this 22number......urggg......is close to pushing me over my limit, I am afraid I might not be able to hold on for much longer...someone please help me!

Lately looking to exceed 100 ft/mi ratio, so I use a series of canyon up & downs in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Brentwood. 6750 feet in 50 miles today, including a nice overlook to the Stone Canyon reservoir
