Please include a note in your ERGO rebuild

Just a friendly reminder...I OVH and repair a lot of ERGO levers. So I don't send the wrong lever to the wrong person or so I can get the correct contact info for the owner..please include a note in the box with references to the post/person/name/issue, etc..
