Black frame with black components looks good but very plain. Silver and black can look great imo but its always a question of what silver and what black shade etc. Personally i think bright fun colors on steel frames can look great and a lot more fun than silver or black.

Mixed bag seems to work okay for me! No pictures with the alternate set of wheels with black rims and hubs (dynamo), but I think that's also a good look.

Not particularly modern parts or a great picture, but this is the closest I could come to helping you out. Personally, I'd go with a Molteni orange with black lugs and decals to pair with that black group.
