It did for me. I changed from my 11-34 to the 10-36 and had zero problems with the shifting. A longer chain was used, but I didn't even mess with the B screw.

So Potenza is now Centaur. Why the name change? Who the H3LL knows. CNA doesn't even know. It's the same kit though. There is still Veloce in the pipeline. They just aren't advertising it. Again, not sure why. I know the talks of a higher end alloy kit have been had. MANY times. Even with it being a limited run kit. It's been talked about about A LOT. Not sure when or if. But I was told Mr Campagnolo isn't keen on it, even says why do people want older heavier stuff?

For 2x12, it's staying for a few more years for sure. They just came out with it in 2018. They aren't dropping a 2x13 after 2 years of the 2x12. Doesn't make sense.

I agree...I have mixed and matched, while in the trenches but the results can be hit or miss..nothing worse than calling a customer and saying, 'I know I told whatever would work but it doesn't and ya gotta spend 'x' more $'.

I just put a KMC X11 SL chain on a new SRAM Force 22 kit and it's shifting like crap.

Maybe it's not the chain...DOH!!

LOL!!! I agree! It's the entire kit. But given everything is brand new, the only thing NOT Sram is the chain, I'm switching the chain today to see what's up.

Yeah, it's a problem when you mix and match and have that call to make.

Potenza seemed a lot nicer than Centaur sadly, except for the silly sand blasted racing stripes. I don't know why they always feel a need to add obnoxious logos with meaningless words to everything. I was thinking of putting Potenza on this bike but the Chorus is so much more beautiful and still shifts great.

just ordered an ekar group for myself. Excited to see where this goes honestly as I haven't completely made up my mind on anything else.

Any word on whether Ekar fits 12s 1x narrow-wide chainrings? I presume that the 13s is simply too narrow.

It doesn't fit well. It's too narrow. It rides high on the 12s rings.

Anyone see any info on a possibility of adapting the Ekar group for a rim brake install?
