That dent is fixable, impossible to roll it out completely ok? but roll it out just enough so some acrylic putty can be put on top. Sand to flush and then sticker on top.
Sure for 500 somebody will take it. For 700 doubt it. |

How are you going to roll that out with the cable guide right on top of it?

No you cant and you are right. What happens is that the top edge and bottom edge of the dent made the tube go off a few mm up the straight line and those are the ones you have to take care off...maybe tiny hammer or even just straight electric sander, once that is done fill up with acrylic putty if you dont know anybody that does brazing and fill up that.

Serrota made an SLX tubed model for years. This could very well be one of those.

the fastback seatstays and rear dropouts look very much like my Nova Special X, however, my NSX doesn't have the "S" on top of the front fork...I think the Finney model was based on the NSX??? ..or this may be a later NSX, guessing by the fade paint and decals, and the inclusion of the "S" on top of the fork. Its my favorite bike by far.
