I'm a new owner of an NFE. I've just finished building in and have been riding with a porteur bag and the HC rack. I'm considering buying a smaller Ozette, and have the opportunity to buy a size Medium used. It has the same footprint as a Large.

I'm wondering after a while with the set-up if you have additional thoughts or feedback good/bad about using a smaller size Ozette with that rack.

I have an older large (not as tall as the new large) and have the haulin colin rack, also on a NFE. It works great. The platform is larger than the bag but that actually makes things very stable with the bag. Looks fine to me as well but if I was to get another rack I would build it around the bag, a little smaller.
